Ss: Chef's Medley! 02.10.23

 First thing we did upon arrival in my hometown was to buy an Oven Stove! Chef C, my niece who I supported in a local Chef school in the prior years stayed with us for 3 days. All of us were eager to savor her specialties, which she generously shared!. The first dish baked in our 4 burner oven was a Medley of Marinated Pork Belly, Chicken Parts & Veggies with Oyster Sauce & Tamarind Powder.Cooked slowly for 2 hours @ a low temperature, my family has enjoyed this dish not once but twice. This is a tribute to her hard work as a single working mom, and also a testament to our support & mutual affection
