Overworked Sara. Fussed with it a little bit more. Without Pat’s help and my magic brush it would have been a total loss. My eye needs more measurement training.
Unfinished Ken. Committed to the 8x8 format, I’ll have to do something to finish the lower right area.

Greeta, these keep getting better and better. I love the way you use the ledge to personalize the artists--the Santa hat and Sara's paintings. I love the little touches, like Sara's brush holder and Starbucks cup and Ken's water cups. And you've captured the intensity of the artists at work. You can just see Ken intently using his tiny brush to add a small touch. What a great series!
ReplyDeleteSara seems unusually sure of herself. Did she just get some advice from, I don't know, somebody behind her. Looks like I am in deep communion with the painting, like the way Michael Jackson sticks his tongue, I find my mouth dropping open when I am in the zone.
ReplyDeleteJordan, Michael Jordan.
DeleteWow, Sara looks really pleased and content with her painting. Can't hear her swearing or anything. I luv all her paintings displayed against the window that you included. You did a great job refreshing her face. And what can you say about Ken. You got him right on. These are a fantastic series you're creating, Greeta. Can't wait to see you in the action.
ReplyDeleteSara is working on a blank page. That moment when you know what you’re going to do.
ReplyDeleteI feel overworked ( by Xmas chores) right now, but I certainly don’t look it in your painting….i actually look like I know what I’m doing! Great job capturing both of us!
