These are great — they really capture what it feels like to be totally absorbed by painting. Love the tilt of Jonathan’s (?)head and Brian’s total concentration.
These two are super--you've got great likenesses and a real sense of what they're doing and feeling. For those of us who know, the backgrounds perfectly place the artists; for those who don't, the backgrounds are still interesting and lovely. I love this series!
Let's see, Chris(?) is painting that jet plane and Brian is painting that stone statuette. Likenesses are good, even expressions and like Elaine I am glad that you did not give the backgrounds short shrift.
Yeah, it's Chris (Sara!). There painting portraits are great in every way, Greeta. As everyone as said, you've captured the essence of it all. I'm so glad you're doing the series of artists at work. These would be good ones to send to Laura for the Truman catalogue, don't you think?
