Wow, what a great background. And the center of the flower is almost hypnotic …interesting contrast to the cheerful waving petals. The whole effect is somewhat psychedelic!
That background is groovy! I love it! I also love the movement in the flowers, from the fluttery petals to the richly textured center (and the off-center rings adds to the action).
