Here’s Joe at Elaine T.’s favorite place.Koehler-Andrae State Park. We went up to Sheboygan to see the Art Preserve, the new museum dedicated to outsider art and preserving art environments. It’s crazy, it’s free, it’s 21/2 hours away. You should go. Here’s a few pics.
