Covered it with water then poured some gum arabic over the wet paper and sloshed it all around and set it aside to dry and now, well I don't know. If I can come out with something "interesting" I will call it a victory.
I don't know. I think I should go back to grinding out those series, but I haven't been able to think of a theme.
Well, I really like the colors. They seem warmer than they did in class; is it the gum arabic? This looks very evocative, but I'm not sure what I'm seeing. It looks like a giant abstract canvas that should be on a white wall in one of Greeta's galleries. It also could feature prominently on a home dec/fashion mood board. And it feels like a close up of a tiger's back, where it curls down into his side. In short, I like it, but I'm not sure why!
