I would like to see this on a large paper. It looks like a lot of fun. I did one from a high rise and it looked great but I screwed it up. I regret that it's gone. I always thought that I would try it again.
I agree with Alan — you need bigger paper! Love all the shades of green, but are the buildings really that big in relation to the distance? Of course I usually see this view from Northwestern’s campus in Evanston, which is probably twice as far….
You made me check my drawing proportions against the original reference photo! It's right, though. This is closer--about 2/3 closer than Northwestern, so it makes sense that it looks larger.
I like the sweep of, Lake Shore Drive is it? And the way all lines converge downtown and the plump gumdroppy vegetation. I guess the yellow lines are mask. Where is Marina City? My balcony? My cat?
