I especially like the yellow glow coming through. It gives it a depth and dimension. I wonder if you could do even more of that. It seems Yupo would be a great help in letting the paint flow and have the colors blend.
I don’t know why you insist on distracting us with that little triangle of purple/blue at the top. It was great before and now my eye is distracted by that unnecessary touch. It’s Yupo and can be removed. But, you won’t.
That's where the two lobes of the leaf meet. I guess I could fill it in with more leaflike stuff, but then it wouldn't be a leaf anymore. But then would that matter? Waiting to hear from The Panel of Experts on the matter because I highly regard their opinions.

DeleteEither the blue triangle has to go or the leaf has to make an exit. I vote to eliminate the triangle and let the leaf reign supreme.
