Daisy five times.
The top is 9x12 and the four are all 5x9. On the one hand I want them to be all about the paint, on the other hand I want them to look like my cat. The only one I really like is the portrait one. Will be working on the others this week.
First off, these aren't anywhere near as striking in the photos as in life. Also, the newspaper is a bit distracting. That said, I really like these. Yupo really seems to suit your handling of the textures—the soft fur and the shiny eyes. Beautiful. Also, having seen your horizontals all laid out together was magnificent. They are so rich and deep and textural. And seeing them all together seems to enhance the experience. Pictures really don't do them justice.
ReplyDeleteI really like the 4 small ones. they just seem sharper and more intense than the large one. I can see them arranged together as a set.
