Birds To The Rescue

 Needing something to distract me on Inauguration Day I turned to Amy Tan’s new book on backyard birds and used her images except the middle one. I had a strip of leftover paper. These are small maybe 3x4. They flew off to Bethesda, MD yesterday… but they went by plane.

    These are charming! You captured their pudginess! I only got halfway thru that book, but I loved her drawings. Talk about an obsession….!

    Sweet and delightful--I love these! And I found that whole Covid concentration on backyard birds interesting. There was someone else in the UK who did the same thing. Makes me wish I had better birds in my yard.

    They are just lovely. From majestic building scapes to teeny birdies. You've got scope.
