Well, this turned out a little more dramatic than I intended, but I like the darks and lights on the garden. The sky kind of got away from me and that tree looks more like an incoming explosion…doesn’t help that the Subaru Outback turned into a Tesla truck. It’s 5x7 and believe it or not, I gave to my friend as a birthday card! (She took the original source photo. ) War of the Worlds in Racine WI!
Well, that took a turn! But I like the mood and the movement you've created. The light on the garden is exactly right for when a storm is rolling in...along with the moody sky. And I like that slash of turquoise in the car/truck.
ReplyDeleteI like this a lot. Just before the H bomb missile hit and the Russkies in that blue minivan are speeding away after sending out the coordinates. I reckon they better put a heavier foot on the metal.
ReplyDeleteJust kidding, a lot going on here that strange twilight glow on the bushes and the soft evening shadows. The tree and that little stretch of sunset are fine. What is that area between the road and the sky? I am guessing a lake, no an ocean, this is clearly in California. They just want to make you think it is in Wisconsin.
