Thought I would do a little touching up with this after class. But it turned out that it needed a lot more work. One of those times when I was in tune with the painting and it told me exactly what to do.
I miss the vibrant greens of last week’s. The middle right area seemed too muddy to me. Liked the foreground but the many vertical marks took me out of the painting.
Yes! You've gotten the hierarchy back and the front tree has a richer, fuller shape.
