Oh, no! Can you see it? We have sizing issues on the paper edges! I'm still going to finish this still life, but remember, boys and girls—DO NOT SAVE YOUR PAPER "FOR GOOD!" Use it. Use it now. They keep making paper.

Just to be clear, I think this block may have been water damaged—I noticed it on the Dave at Versailles painting, stopped using this block and forgot about it. So, it's not totally the fault of the paper sizing, but my advice still stands.
I’m trying to figure out what the composition is…lemons floating in air? Beautiful colors— I’m not really seeing the sizing issues, or else I’m seeing them and they don’t bother me….
ReplyDeleteI'm guessing there is bowl not painted in yet, in the meantime, nice lemons.
ReplyDeleteNow that I look at it through your eyes without it being finished, it does look strange, doesn't it? It's a small bowl hovering on some crystal stems and base. There will be some support added, I promise!
ReplyDeleteInteresting bowl. I might have martini glasses like that.
ReplyDeleteA magician's trick still life. Looks good so far, forget the sizing issues, let's see it going on it's way.
